A leading beverage manufacturer required a sustainable packaging solution to protect their bottles during transport and reached out to Antalis for assistance.

The Antalis solution
The Antalis packaging team developed a custom pulp-based protective system designed to hold and secure delicate bottles in transit. This solution combined shock absorption and structural stability with an eco-responsible design.
More specifically, the bespoke packaging is entirely made from molded pulp, ensuring a snug fit around each bottle to cushion against impact. The molded design keeps bottles securely separated, avoiding contact damage and reducing the risk of breakage.
The protective system was engineered to be stackable and compatible with various transport containers, offering flexibility and space optimization. Our packaging experts ensured that the dimensions and design provided a reliable solution for shipping while keeping sustainability as a goal.
